PAKISTAN- Alapala has completed a new ‘Wheat Flour mill project’ for Boota Brother Flour Mills, a company that specializes in the production and distribution of flour, in December 2023.

This achievement underscores Alapala’s unwavering commitment to technological innovation and excellence in the field of milling. The newly completed facility, strategically located in Multan City, represents a significant leap forward in both capacity and efficiency, further solidifying Alapala’s position as an industry leader.

Boota Brothers Flour Mills has been in operation for several years and is known for their high-quality products. 

The company prides itself on using the finest ingredients and employing advanced milling techniques to ensure the best possible flour for its customers. 

Boota Brothers Flour Mills offers a wide range of flour varieties, including all-purpose flour, bread flour, cake flour, and whole wheat flour. 

The company also caters to the needs of commercial customers, such as bakeries and restaurants, by providing bulk orders and customized flour blends.

The scope of the ‘Wheat Flour mill projectincludes the installation of two new milling lines with 300 TPD and 250 TPD. The flour mill diagram is designed for processing Pakistani wheat to produce high-quality Maida 1, Maida2, Atta, and Fine flours for the domestic market.

The project is supplied by Alapala on a turnkey basis including the project design, process engineering, manufacturing, project management, installation, commissioning, and training services.

The flour mill is being managed with an advanced automation system that allows centralized monitoring of the entire milling process from wheat intake to the packaging. As well as high traceability, the system provides detailed reporting features on production data, yield, energy efficiency, etc information.

The remote connection feature of the automation system also enables the Alapala after-sales team to access the mill at any time for technical assistance including inspection, error diagnosis, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Similarly, Alapala also completed the construction of a turnkey semolina production plant for Imandy Mills in Morocco, according to a press release published on December 27.

According to the press, the new factory has a daily processing capacity of 240 tonnes of durum wheat, maize, and barley for the production of semolina.

The new plant also features a cereal storage capacity of 120,000 tonnes, ensuring a robust supply chain for the growing demands of the market.

The state-of-the-art facility is expected to boost Imandy Mills’ production capabilities and set a benchmark for sustainable and technologically advanced agro-processing practices in Morocco.
