USA- AMF Bakery Systems, a supplier of commercial baking equipment, recently announced the addition of two executive officers to their leadership team: Leanne Parker as Chief Financial Officer and Clint Adams as the Commercial Director for North America Specialty Segments.
According to a press release by the company, Parker, a Certified Public Accountant, brings 25 years of financial leadership experience in multinational businesses. She most recently served as the chief accounting officer for Liqui-Box, a world leader in flexible packaging solutions.
Her expertise includes global controllership, internal controls, business strategy, and financial planning. She has a strong track record of success in delivering excellent financial and business results while building high-performing teams.
In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Parker will collaborate with AMF’s regional leaders and global finance team, led by President and CEO Jason Ward, to identify and implement strategies that will solidify AMF’s position as a global leader in bakery automation solutions.
“I am confident that Leanne will be an outstanding addition to the AMF executive leadership team and will be a major contributor to our growth journey going forward,” noted Ward.
Parker will focus on leveraging technology and streamlining processes to enhance AMF’s financial and organizational strength for the next decade of growth and success.
On the other hand, Adams will enhance and bolster AMF’s sales, project management, and customer care initiatives within key bakery sectors such as artisan bread and rolls, pizza and flatbreads, cakes, pies, pastries, and more.
Clint Adams, an industry veteran and former teammate at AMF, has over twenty years of experience in the baking industry. He has held positions of increasing leadership, starting in bakery operations and more recently in sales leadership in equipment manufacturing and automation.
As a commercial director, Adams will closely partner with Americas Sales Director Adrian Dee on sales strategy and execution. Additionally, Adams will provide leadership focus and oversight to overall project execution and aftermarket care for North American customers in these segments.
“This is a wonderful ‘welcome home’ to Clint, who spent 9 years with the former Tromp Group USA and AMF from 2011 to 2020,” noted Jason Ward. “We look forward to bringing Clint’s deep knowledge of bakery automation and operations, his strong customer relationships, and sales leadership capabilities back into our organization.”
