GERMANY -Berg + Schmidt, a renowned supplier of functional feed ingredients, has announced a significant rebranding initiative for its Animal Nutrition division during the British Pig & Poultry Fair, to bolster its presence in the animal nutrition sector.
The restructuring, which sees the division become more self-reliant, underscores Berg + Schmidt’s commitment to enhancing its global footprint and solidifying its position as a trusted partner in providing innovative feed solutions.
The rebranding efforts highlight the division’s evolution and growth while emphasizing its core values and mission.
Dirk Westphal, Global Managing Director at Berg + Schmidt Animal Nutrition, emphasized the significance of the revitalized brand, stating, “The revitalized brand reflects our evolution and growth over the years while staying true to our core values and mission.”
He further added, “As we continue to innovate and expand our offerings, we are committed to delivering high-quality feed ingredients that contribute to the improved health and performance of livestock.”
The unveiling of the new branding coincides with the launch of Animal Nutrition’s revamped website, slated for April 19, which aims to provide stakeholders with a deeper insight into the division’s values and offerings.
Attendees at the British Pig & Poultry Fair, scheduled for May 15 and 16, will have the opportunity to experience Berg + Schmidt’s proven solutions tailored specifically for the pig and poultry industry.
The company will showcase its new look and feel at the exhibition, inviting customers and partners to visit its booth and celebrate this collaborative milestone.
The rebranding initiative underscores Berg + Schmidt’s commitment to setting new standards of excellence in the animal nutrition sector.
Beyond product innovation, the company prioritizes trade ethics, environmental responsibility, and reliable service, all of which are integral components of its mission statement.
In another move to expand its presence in the animal feed sector, Berg+Schmidt opened a new subsidiary in Dubai in September 2023.
So far, the animal nutrition expert has subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, the US, and now the Middle East.
The new subsidiary, Berg and Schmidt Middle East Trading LLC, is designed to help the company respond to the growing demand for its products in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, where there is an ever-increasing need for livestock feed and innovative feed additives.
