USA – Cooper Street Snacks has officially acquired Harvest Valley Bakery, located at 348 Civic Road in La Salle, Illinois, which is a significant development for the baking industry.
The acquisition, finalized on September 6, 2024, marks a strategic expansion for Cooper Street Snacks, a family-owned company known for its cookies and granola products.
Harvest Valley Bakery will be rebranded as Cooper Street Bakery following the acquisition.
Cooper Street Snacks aims to enhance its production capabilities through this acquisition.
According to the company, “The acquisition aligns with Cooper Street’s vision to strengthen its operational foundation and increase production efficiency.”

Cooper Street has recruited several high-level industry experts to ensure a seamless transition and operational effectiveness.
These professionals possess extensive experience in baking, contract manufacturing, and financial management.
Their expertise is anticipated to facilitate the integration of the new facility into Cooper Street’s existing operations.
“The addition of this seasoned talent will support the company’s efforts to reliably deliver high-quality, food-safe products to its brand partners,” added the representative.
Cooper Street plans to significantly upgrade the Harvest Valley facility as part of its commitment to quality and safety.
This modernisation will introduce advanced baking technologies and processes to improve efficiency while maintaining stringent food safety standards.
“By investing in upgrading the Harvest Valley Bakery facility, we aim to modernize our production capabilities and uphold the highest food safety standards,” the representative emphasized.
The transition to Cooper Street Bakery is expected to be completed by early fall 2024. During this period, ongoing updates will be provided as the integration progresses.
This move reflects Cooper Street’s growth strategy and highlights its dedication to enhancing product quality and expanding its market reach.
