USA- EASY BIO, a leading animal nutrition company based in South Korea, has made a significant stride in its global expansion efforts with the acquisition of Devenish Nutrition LLC, a renowned U.S. corporation specializing in feed additives.
The acquisition, aimed at bolstering EASY BIO’s feed additive and premix business in North America, marks a strategic move for the company as it continues to establish itself as a key player in the global feed additive market.
The acquisition, finalized through EASY BIO’s U.S. subsidiary, EASY BIO USA, involves the purchase of a 100% stake in Devenish Nutrition from its parent company, Devenish Holdings Limited, based in Northern Ireland.
Devenish Nutrition, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Fairmont, Minnesota, has earned a competitive edge in the North American livestock market with its range of feed additives and premixes, supported by five production plants and six research facilities across the United States and Mexico.
With over 30 Ph.D.-level personnel among its 200-plus employees, Devenish Nutrition has built a solid reputation for delivering value-added products and services backed by high-quality technology and research capabilities.
EASY BIO, established in 1988, has been at the forefront of developing alternative antibiotic solutions, cost-saving measures, and animal gut health solutions, aligning with its mission of guiding sustainable practices within the animal industry.
Through subsidiaries like Pathway Intermediates Limited in the United Kingdom, EASY BIO has experienced rapid growth in global markets, supplying animal nutrition solutions to over 50 countries worldwide.
The acquisition of Devenish Nutrition reflects EASY BIO’s commitment to providing sustainable solutions to its customers.
