LATIN AMERICA – Engrain, a leading provider of flour and feed enzyme additives, has announced the appointment of Detlev Roesler as the Managing Director of Engrain Latin America.
Roesler’s role will primarily focus on sales team development and expanding the company’s regional presence in Latin America.
With over two decades of experience in enzyme additives within the milling and baking industries, Roesler brings a wealth of expertise to his new position at Engrain.
His extensive background includes previous roles as the regional director of business development with MC Mühlenchemie, where he spent 20 years building relationships in Latin America and three years expanding his knowledge in the United States.
Kendall McFall, Chief Operating Officer of Engrain, expressed confidence in Roesler’s ability to drive growth and success within the Latin American market.
According to McFall, Detlev’s expertise in enzyme technology and flour additives, along with his market experience, will be instrumental in driving the growth and prosperity of Engrain, its sales team, and its customers and milling partners.
This is especially important considering the current volatile market conditions and the need to overcome supply chain challenges.

Engrain, headquartered in Manhattan, Kansas, US, specializes in providing enzyme additive technology to commercial mills and bakeries globally, helping to improve flour performance and overcome supply chain challenges.
According to Kendall McFall, for over a decade, Engrain has been focused on helping millers around the world find alternative ways to provide flour and flour products to their customers without sourcing expensive wheat.
Additionally, Engrain offers enzyme additives for feed or water application in poultry and swine production.
Roesler’s appointment reflects Engrain’s commitment to expanding its global footprint and providing innovative solutions to its customers in Latin America.
