From standalone systems to fully integrated production lines, the Pet Care Solutions group covers a wide spectrum of capabilities, including retort, cooking, sterilizing, filling, canning, labeling, coding, case packing, cartoning, and palletizing for various types of pet packaging.
This comprehensive approach aims to meet the diverse needs of pet food manufacturers efficiently and effectively.
The establishment of the Pet Care Solutions division is expected to bolster ProMach’s position as a global leader in canning solutions, leveraging the expertise of brands such as Zacmi, Allpax, and Sentry, which specialize in can filling, retort technologies, and can handling systems, respectively.
Leading the Pet Care Solutions division is Jason Beard, Vice President of Sales for Matrix, a ProMach product brand specializing in vertical form fill and seal systems.
Beard highlighted the division’s commitment to providing tailored solutions and streamlined customer interactions, emphasizing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of ProMach’s offerings for companies in the pet care space.
With its dedicated team of industry veterans and best-in-class solutions, ProMach’s Pet Care Solutions group aims to empower pet food processors to enhance production efficiency, improve throughput, and meet the evolving demands of the pet care market.
Earlier this year, ProMach acquired Zanichelli Meccanica S.p.A., known to the market as Zacmi, a Parma, Italy-based manufacturer of filling, seaming, and pasteurization technology for the pet food industry.
ProMach said acquiring Zacmi further expands ProMach’s extensive product portfolio and strengthens its position as one of the world’s largest providers of process, filling, and systems integration solutions.
