USA-Pure Protein, a brand under the 1440 Foods lifestyle nutrition portfolio, announced the launch of new protein bars and popped crisps at Walmart, expanding its reach beyond its previous exclusive availability on Amazon.
This strategic move comes just in time for the back-to-school season, aiming to provide nutritious snack options for families.
The new offerings include two flavours of high-protein bars: Sundae Cone and Brookie. These gluten-free bars are designed to be low in sugar while delivering an impressive 19 grams of protein per serving, all within 190 calories.
Luc LaGasse, brand manager at 1440 Foods, expressed enthusiasm for the new flavours, stating, “Over the past few years, the Pure Protein team has really stepped up our flavour game… We’re so excited to debut two new flavors in the market that taste unlike any protein bar you’ve ever had.”
LaGasse emphasized that these bars serve as delicious, healthier alternatives to traditional sweet treats.
In addition to the protein bars, Pure Protein is introducing a line of savoury popped crisps, which will also be available at Walmart.
Flavours such as Sour Cream & Onion, Hickory Barbecue, and Sweet Chili are non-GMO and gluten-free, catering to the growing demand for healthier snack options.
LaGasse noted, “We are committed to making nutritious products more accessible, and Walmart is a key partner in that mission.”
Recognizing the increasing consumer interest in plant-based snacks, Pure Protein will also launch its plant-based Nut Bars at Walmart.
These bars come in two flavours: Caramel Almond Sea Salt and Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate. Previously only available online, introducing these products in stores reflects Pure Protein’s dedication to expanding its retailer network, making it easier for customers to find their favourite snacks.
The decision to partner with Walmart aligns with Pure Protein’s goal of enhancing product accessibility.
By making these nutritious options available in physical stores, the brand aims to meet the needs of busy families looking for convenient and healthy snacks.
“This is just the beginning of our efforts to expand our reach and provide consumers with more options,” LaGasse added.
The new protein bars, nut bars, and popped crisps are now available for purchase at Walmart locations nationwide and on Walmart.com and PureProtein.com.
This rollout marks a significant step for Pure Protein as it seeks to establish a more substantial presence in the competitive snack market.
As the back-to-school season approaches, Pure Protein is poised to capture the attention of health-conscious consumers looking for tasty and nutritious snack alternatives.
With its commitment to quality and flavour, the brand aims to satisfy cravings and support active lifestyles, making it an appealing choice for parents and students alike.
