GERMANY – SternLife, the renowned German functional food specialist, is set to revolutionize the oat-based product market by introducing three groundbreaking concepts at the upcoming World of Private Label exhibition in Amsterdam.

Scheduled for May 28-29, the event will serve as the platform for SternLife to unveil its latest creations: an oat shake, oat bar, and apple-cinnamon porridge.

These innovative products, tailored to meet the increasing demand for healthy, plant-based, and locally sourced options, boast a high protein content and are poised to redefine the landscape of oat-based nutrition.

With the surge in popularity of locally sourced oats, particularly in Western Europe, SternLife aims to capitalize on this trend by offering consumers a diverse range of oat-based alternatives. From oat milk to puffed oats, the versatility of this grain is evident in SternLife’s new product lineup.

The apple-cinnamon oat bowl concept stands out with its blend of oat flour, protein, and bran, enriched with fiber-rich ingredients like beta-glucans. Designed to support normal cholesterol levels and promote satiety, this nutritious option promises to be a hit among health-conscious consumers.

Meanwhile, the oat shake, available in banoffee and golden milk flavors, boasts a unique combination of wholemeal flour, protein, and bran. With three different oat ingredients, this beverage offers a refreshing twist on traditional oat-based drinks, inspired by Ayurvedic principles.

Completing the trio is the vegan protein bar oat cookie, featuring a remarkable 22% protein content sourced from oats, peas, and soy. Free from added sugar and packed with fiber, this indulgent treat is adorned with a crunchy topping of puffed oats and vegan milk chocolate coating, catering to discerning palates.

In a similar move a year ago, Sternlife unveiled a new product — Grand Deluxe Vegan Protein Bars, containing up to 24% protein and less than 5% sugar, targeted at the sports nutrition market.
