IRELAND – Tornum Group, a key global player in the agricultural industry, and Cesco EPC, an international contractor specializing in large-scale industrial investments in grain terminals, have announced a strategic cooperation agreement.
The collaboration includes the acquisition of Silos Metálicos Zaragoza S.L.U. (Siemza), a leading manufacturing company specializing in storage solutions, by Tornum. Additionally, Cesco will exclusively distribute Siemza’s products within selected global markets.
This strategic move marks a significant advancement in Tornum’s goal to strengthen its position as a comprehensive supplier in the European and global agricultural markets.
Simultaneously, Cesco is focusing more on the design of high-capacity conveying equipment and engineering solutions for large industrial grain terminals.

As Tornum expands its reach in the agricultural industry, the collaboration with Cesco enhances both companies’ capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the market.
Earlier this year, Tornum Group acquired JW Installations UK Ltd, a specialist in grain dryer plants and associated solutions and a distributor for the Tornum portfolio for nearly a decade.
This was another major step this year to expand its offerings in the milling industry, allowing for a combination of product lines and a sales network that enables both parties to grow within the UK marketplace.
